I. Shipping Processing Time
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will enter the preparation process.
Preparation Time: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order, including picking, quality inspection, packaging, and label printing.
Business Day Definition: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Status: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, allowing you to track your package's progress.
II. Logistics Carriers and Delivery Methods
We partner with reputable local logistics providers in Ireland to offer reliable delivery services.
Partner Carriers: DHL and An Post AG (Irish National Post).
Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery a maximum of two times.
First Delivery: If no one signs for the package, the courier will leave a notification slip.
Second Delivery: If still no one signs for the package, a third delivery will not be attempted.
Self-Pickup Point Retention: After two failed deliveries, the package will be transferred to your nearest An Post post office for retention.
Retention time is 7 business days.
During this period, you can collect your package at the designated post office with valid identification and the notification slip.
Return After 7 Business Days: If the package is not collected within 7 business days, it will be returned to our (Vidmason) warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply if it needs to be reshipped at this time. We recommend that you closely monitor the logistics status and collect your package promptly.
III. Shipping Policy (Ireland)
To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer preferential shipping policies:
Free Shipping Islandwide: All orders delivered to Ireland enjoy free shipping; no shipping fees are required.
No Hidden Fees: We promise not to charge any additional packaging, material, or handling fees. The amount you see on the checkout page is the final payment amount.
IV. Delivery Time
Due to our collaboration with overseas warehouses or international suppliers for shipping, the delivery time requires special explanation:
Standard Delivery Time: Calculated from the date of order shipment, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Timeframe Explanation:
This timeframe includes normal delays that may occur due to customs clearance and international shipping.
Please note that this timeframe is the shipping time "after shipment" and does not include the aforementioned "3-5 business days" preparation time.

V. Packaging Instructions
