Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. To ensure you have a clear and smooth shopping experience, we have detailed our policies regarding order exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds. I. Order Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchange services.
During the order process, the system will require you to confirm the details of your order, including but not limited to product size, design, quantity, and shipping address. We assume that you have verified and confirmed that all information is accurate before completing payment.
Therefore, we will not be able to arrange exchanges for you if you make incorrect selections due to your personal negligence (such as selecting the wrong size, color, style, or entering an incorrect shipping address). We recommend that you carefully check all order information before clicking "Confirm Payment."
II. Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Time Limit
You can apply to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact customer service to cancel after this time window, the order may have already been synchronized to the warehouse and entered the picking, packing, or shipping process, at which point it will be impossible to cancel.
2. Cancellation Fee
If your cancellation request meets the above time limit requirements, we will process it, but a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will be deducted.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us at Support@itmidas.com. Please indicate your order number and reason for cancellation in the email. Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible.
III. Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 15-day return guarantee period after receiving your order. Calculated from the date the logistics information shows "delivered," you have 15 days to decide whether you need to return the item.
After 15 days, the order will be considered as accepted by you, and we will no longer accept any return requests or arrange refunds.
2. Circumstances Eligible for Return and Refund
Within the 15-day guarantee period, you can apply for a return and receive a full refund if any of the following conditions are met:
2.1 Return due to personal reasons
Change of mind after purchase; no longer want the item.
Incorrect size.
Incorrect item purchased.
2.2 Return due to product defects
Item damaged or broken during transportation.
Received item style does not match your order.
Received item size does not match your order.
Received item material does not match your order.
Received item significantly differs from the website description.
Wrong item sent (item ordered is different from the actual item received).
3. Requirements for Returned Item Condition
To ensure a smooth return process, the returned item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn or unwashed: The item must be in brand new condition, without signs of wear, odor, or stains.
Unaltered: The item has not been altered in size, sewn, or processed.
Complete accessories: The original factory tags must be retained and intact.
Original packaging: Please use the original box or bag for return if possible.
No minor defects: Minor issues such as loose threads that can be easily fixed are not considered quality defects, and returns for these reasons will not be accepted.
If the returned item does not meet the above requirements (e.g., worn, washed, tags removed), we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
4. Required Documents for Refund Application
When contacting customer service to apply for a refund, please prepare the following documents in advance for quick review:
Shipping Label/Receipt
Purchase Proof (e.g., screenshot of order confirmation email, screenshot of payment record)
Photos of the received item (please take clear photos if there are quality issues)
Screenshots of emails we previously sent to you (if related communication)
5. Return Application Process
Please strictly follow the steps below to avoid refund rejection due to improper procedures:
Step 1: Submit Application

Step 2: Await Review and Confirmation
The customer service team will review your application within 2-3 business days. If the return meets the conditions, we will reply with an email informing you of the specific return address and precautions.
Important Note: Please wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back!
If you send the package back without receiving a confirmation email, and the package is lost, we will not be able to assume responsibility or process your refund.
Step 3: Return the Goods and Provide the Tracking Number
Please pack the returned goods properly and choose a courier service with trackable logistics information for return shipping.
After shipping, please send us the return tracking number or a photo of the shipping receipt via email so we can track the logistics status.
Step 4: Warehouse Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
Once we confirm the goods meet the return criteria, we will process your refund immediately. Refund processing time is approximately 2 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer: All logistics costs incurred due to returns must be paid by the customer and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Risk Assured: Before the goods arrive at our warehouse, all risks during transportation (including loss and secondary damage) are borne by the customer. No refund will be issued if we do not receive the returned package.
7. Refund Arrival Time
The refund will be processed within 2 business days after we confirm receipt and processing.
After the refund is returned to the original payment channel, the specific arrival time depends on your card issuer's policy, typically within 10 to 15 business days.
If you still haven't received your refund after the above timeframe, please follow these steps to check:
Check your bank account balance again.
Contact your credit/debit card issuer to confirm if the refund has been pending.

15-Day Timeframe Strictly Calculated: Our return guarantee period is strictly calculated as 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered as acceptance of the goods, and no further refund requests will be processed.
No Additional Handling Fees: For returns within 15 days, we do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees besides the return shipping costs you are responsible for.
Return Risk Warning: If the package is lost or the goods are damaged during return shipping, the customer is solely responsible, and we will not provide a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a reliable courier company and insure your package.
Prior Communication Policy: For any return or refund request, please contact our customer service team to confirm eligibility first. We will not be responsible for any lost or ineligible refunds due to packages returned without prior confirmation.
